Why can't I see all of my orders?

Try clearing the automatic filter with a couple easy steps.

We have an automatic date filter in place to help improve loading times. Orders within the same week will appear on your dashboard at first, but when you clear the filter you will see all of your orders.

Here is how to do that:

Step 1: Click on the blue filter icon (looks like a funnel)

Step 2: You will see the date listed for the week before. Click Reset and Apply.


Done! All of your orders will appear on your dashboard for you to see now.

Pro tip: Clear the filter before jumping in between sections like processed, pending, suspended, pre orders, cancelled, etc.
