Separate of your welcome emails for our syncing app Ave Tech (if you use Shopify), you are going to receive an account invite to our wholesale site. This email tends to get lost in spam/junk inboxes so we recommend checking there or searching your inbox for the sender hello@theavenueshops.com or the subject line "Welcome to Avenue Shops! 🎉".

If you're still having trouble locating it, please contact our support team so we can resend this invite to you. Use the chat box in the bottom right corner of either of our sites Ave Tech or Wholesale or send us an email at hello@theavenueshops.com.
Note: You'll need to locate the most recent invite (Check the timestamp on the email) since it deactivates the old invite when we send a new one.
Once you've located your invite, please follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.
This is where you’ll purchase samples, access our help center, and see all of our inventory. You can also place any manual orders for customers by using their shipping address at checkout if needed.
