Ave Shops regularly updates the CS Dropship catalog with new products, ensuring you have fresh items to offer your customers. Here’s how and when new products will be synced, along with how you can promote them:
Weekly Sync Schedule
1. Wednesday:
New Preorders, Judy Blue's and Corkys:
Every Wednesday, Ave Shops publishes a new round of preorders, Judy Blue, and Corkys styles that are available that week.
Promotion: These items are ready to be promoted to your customers immediately. Preorders will have a closing date and an estimated shipping date listed in their product descriptions.

2. Thursday:
New Releases:
On Thursdays, Ave Shops adds a large group of products that will be available for promotion the following week.
Promotion: This early sync to the catalog gives you ample time to prepare your launches. Each product will have an assigned retail launch date to your customer.
Usage Tip: Use the wholesale site to verify launch dates as needed. In the future, these dates will be displayed directly in the catalog. (Note: Starting 8/12/2024 for preorders 8/14/2024, releases 8/20/2024-8/23/2024, and going forward)

How to Find Ave Shops on the Dropship Catalog
There are a couple ways you can find Ave in the Dropship Catalog. You can find a menu for Ave Shops under Collections to display the most recent releases or you can navigate to the Full Catalog to filter by Ave Shops to display all of the Ave Shops products.
To find the Ave Shops Collections page, follow the below steps:
1. Access the Dropship Catalog:
Click on the Dropship menu on the far left
Select Collections from the top menu
2. Navigate to the Ave Shops menu:
Select Ave Shops from the top menu
Select any desired release date or category
Browse the collections
Once you've navigated to the Ave Shops menu, you can locate the most recent launches, open preorders, Judy Blue, Corkys, and current sales.
3. Add Products to Your Catalog:
You can begin adding these products to your own catalog.
After adding, these products will be accessible under your Products menu.
Note: If you’ve already added a product, a toolbar will indicate this, guiding you to your Products menu for easy navigation (as shown in the image below).
Please Note: Some of our products will be synced to the catalog prior to their retail launch date. This is to give you time to prep your launches. Please be cautious when publishing products in your CommentSold to ensure you're publishing Ave Shops products at the correct release time. The wholesale site is available for easy reference. There is a note at the top of the CS collections page as a reminder as well. See below.
Technical note: The Ave Shops team will include the retail launch date in the product title going forward so you can clearly identify the launch. This began in the Ave Shop's system on 8/12/2024 so it will apply to the next round of published products to the catalog which will be on 8/14/2024 (Preorders, Judy Blue, and Corkys) and 8/15/2024 (Releases 8/20/2024-8/23/2024).
Another way to add Ave Shops items to your Products is to go to the Full Catalog.
Follow the steps below to go through the Full Catalog process:
1. Access the Dropship Catalog:
Click on the Dropship menu on the far left.
Select Full Catalog from the top menu.
2. Filter by Ave Shops:
Go to the Tags menu on the left.
Select Ave Shops (as shown in the image below).
3. Add Products to Your Catalog:
Once filtered, Ave Shops products will populate the catalog.
You can begin adding these products to your own catalog.
After adding, these products will be accessible under your Products menu.
Note: If you’ve already added a product, a toolbar will indicate this, guiding you to your Products menu for easy navigation (as shown in the image below).
Pro Tip: Do not type in the full title of a product you are looking for in the catalog. Type in one keyword from the title to ensure the product populates when searching.
Example:
Full product title: 'Honey Do I Ever Faux Wrap Dress in Taupe'
Search in CS Dropship: 'Honey', 'Wrap', 'Faux', etc.
For a full walk through, here is a quick screen recording searching for example product 'Up in My Feelings Knit Tank' from the 8/8/2024 release.
For this example, we will use the keyword 'Up' from the product title to locate the product.
