Ave Shops is integrating with CommentSold and needs some information from you to get the ball rolling. Below you will find steps on how to provide Ave Shops with your CommentSold shop ID. Ave Shops will notify you when these steps become available in Ave Tech for you to follow!
IMPORTANT: Please do not disconnect Shopify until youβve been given the all clear to do so! If you have pending preorders, Ave needs you to keep your Shopify connection and product listings active until all of those have been processed and charged! Your Ave preorders will not be able to process properly without that connection. For more information on why it is important to not delete preorder products and deactivate your Shopify, please click here.
Step 1. From Ave Tech, click on your profile icon and select "Account Settings".

Step 2. Go to the Shop Info tab and click "Edit"
Step 3. Enter your CommetSold Shop ID and click "Update".
Not sure where to find your CommentSold Shop ID?
It's in the upper-right corner of the Dropship Settings page.
Step 4. All set. You did it! ππ»
After updating, you'll see a green checkmark next to your CommentSold ID to display that Ave Tech has verified the CommentSold ID is correct! π₯³ Below is an example of what that will look like ππ»

Note: If you do not see a green check mark appear immediately after updating, please double check your CommentSold ID number. If it is correct, but not verifying in Ave Tech, please send a message to our support team by using the chat box in the bottom right hand corner or through email at hello@theavenueshops.com.
