We can only ship to your customers within the United States and its territories at this time.

Shipping Internationally

We are hoping that Ave Shops can serve your international customers VERY soon, but currently we can only ship to your customers within the United States and its territories.

If an international order slips through, the order will suspend in Ave Tech and send you an email notification. The email will let you know that the address needs to be updated to a US address in order to be processed.

All you need to do is update the address in your Shopify and it will update in Ave Tech. You can then go and manually place the order in Ave Tech to get it out of the suspended state right away or it will re-attempt payment in 24 hours.

If the address is not updated, the order will be canceled when it re-attempts payment in 24 hours.

Here is how to edit the address in your Shopify:

Step 1. Search for the order in your Shopify

Step 2. Find the shipping address area in the order

Step 3. Click on edit

Step 4. Add the US shipping address

Step 5. Save

The address will then update in Ave Tech. You can double check your work by logging into Ave Tech and viewing the order.

Pro tip: If you need to save the customer's international address to ship to them when the package makes it to the US address (Likely you/your shop), add the address to the order timeline notes or the order notes area at the top.
