Setting Up Your Custom Label

The benefits of using Ave Tech are limitless, but one of our favorites is the custom label and packing slip message! You can thank your customer for their purchase or add any special message that you wish to. You can also include contact information or any social media information to lead them back to your business for their next purchase. This will give you yet another way in which to build a relationship with your customer.

Note: Things we have already been looking into for the future to advance this feature: Logos, pictures, and custom thank you card inserts (added charge per order).

To build your custom shipping label and packing slip message, you will head to your Ave Tech account settings!

Step 1. Login to Ave Tech

Step 2. Click on your name in the top right corner and then 'Account Settings'

Step 3. Click 'Edit'

Step 4. Enter your shipping label address and packing slip message.

Note: The phone number is not displayed on the outside of the package to customers. It is just a required field for shipping carriers.

Packing Slips For Wholesale Website orders

ws.theavenueshops.com or free.theavenueshops.com

If you want to place your orders directly with our wholesale website instead of using our Shopify App, not to worry! Our packing slips will only include the name of the item, SKU, and quantity - not including any wholesale pricing information. This is done to ensure the privacy of your business and brand.
