International Shipping Guidelines and Address Update Instructions

Ave Shops can only ship to your customers within the United States and its territories at this time.

Shipping Internationally

While we're eager to extend Ave Shops' services to your international clientele in the near future, please note that currently, we only facilitate shipping to customers within the United States and its territories.

If an international order slips through, it will be flagged in Ave Tech, triggering an email notification to you. This notification prompts you to update the address to a US-based one for processing.

Simply follow these steps to update the address in your Shopify and the address will update in Ave Tech. You have the option to manually place the order in Ave Tech to promptly remove it from the suspended state after updating, or the system will automatically re-attempt payment after 24 hours.

If the address is not updated, the order will be canceled when it re-attempts payment in 24 hours.

Here is how to edit the address in your Shopify:

1. Locate the Order: Search for the order within your Shopify dashboard.

2. Find the Shipping Address: Navigate to the shipping address section within the order.

3. Edit the Address: Click on the edit option and input the US shipping address.

4. Save Changes: Ensure to save the updated address.

Once saved, the address will automatically sync with Ave Tech. You can verify the update by logging into Ave Tech and reviewing the order. Please refresh if you do not see the updated address.

Pro Tip: If you need to retain the customer's international address for future reference, consider adding it to the order timeline notes or the order notes section.

If the address is not updated within 24 hours, the order will be canceled upon payment re-attempt, but you always have the option of placing the order manually on the wholesale site later with a U.S. address at checkout.
