How will I get tracking for my orders?

Whether you're using our app or our website, let's talk about the two ways you'll get tracking.

If you are using our Shopify app and syncing items to your website, we have great news for you! Our system is designed to make your order fulfillment process as smooth and effortless as possible.

1. How our app works (Ave Tech: app.theavenueshops.com) when you install our Shopify app and sync items to your website, your orders will be automatically fulfilled and you will see tracking numbers added to your Shopify account as soon as we create the shipping label. We do this by using the "Send Fulfillment Updates" setting in your Ave Tech. This is assigned to each order when it syncs into Ave Tech so we can sync a tracking number back to your Shopify once it has been fulfilled. This means that you can spend more time focusing on your business and less time worrying about order fulfillment.

2. What if you don't use our app? If you place orders directly on our website, don't worry - we've still got you covered! Once we create the shipping label for your order, a tracking number will be assigned to it in your order history. This ensures that you have access to all of the information you need to track your order from start to finish. You'll also receive an email when your order has been shipped!
