When you're in semi-auto mode, orders placed on your website will immediately be captured in Ave Tech. They will automatically be processed and sent to Wholesale after 24 hours, but you can also process them manually at any time by following the steps below.

Step 1: Go to the Orders page by clicking 'Orders' on the left nav.

Step 2: Open the order you want to process by click the view icon on the right.

Step 3: Click the 'Charge' button. Don't worry, you'll be able to confirm the amount before the order is finalized.

Step 4: Confirm the amount and click the 'Submit Payment' button. The credit card you have on file will be charged, and the Wholesale order will be created, with all the items, customer name, and shipping address all added automatically.

Tip: You can easily change the credit card when needed.

That's it! With Ave Tech these will be the easiest Wholesale orders you've ever placed.

Tip: By default, Ave Tech will automatically mark the order as fulfilled in your Shopify when it is shipped, as well as add the tracking number. Based on your Shopify settings, a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number, should automatically be sent to your customer(s).

At times you might not want the customer to be notified when the order is shipped, as in the case of local pickups, for example, where marking the order as fulfilled will notify your customer their order is ready to be picked up.

In these cases, uncheck the 'Send fulfillment updates to shop' checkbox before clicking 'Submit Payment'. You can then manually mark the order as fulfilled when it arrives, which is the right time to let your customer know they can pick up their order.
