Third Party App Limitations

We strive to make your dropshipping experience as seamless as possible. We understand the importance of having all of your product information synced automatically, including videos. All of our photos will sync automatically, along with our descriptions. However, our model videos do not sync over automatically with those other items, unfortunately.

Due to a third party app rule with Shopify, we are unable to automatically sync videos to product pages. But don't worry, we still want you to have access to these videos so you can use them on your Shopify store. It just might take a little extra work on your end.

All of our videos are available in DropBox and are linked directly in the product and collection metadata on wholesale. This means you can easily download the videos and upload them to your Shopify product page. Your customers will then be able to view them just like you do on our wholesale site.

To access the videos, simply log into the wholesale site, click on any desired product or collection, and then you will see the download link. Here's an example of what the download links may look like on the wholesale site for any of our videos, photos, graphics, or extras:
