One of the benefits of having Auto Process turned off is that you have time to make changes to orders before you process them manually, or they're processed automatically after your order processing delay setting, like adding one or more items to an order, or changing the shipping address of an order.
For this example, let's show you how to change the shipping address of a pending order.
Open the order in your Shopify back office
To make changes to your order in Ave Tech, including changing the shipping address, open the order in your Shopify back office.
You can do so by clicking on the Shopify order number when viewing the order in Ave Tech, or you can log into your Shopify back office and open the order.
Edit the shipping address
Step 1: On the right side of the order, simply click 'Edit' next to the shipping address.
Step 2: Select a previously used address from the 'Select another address' dropdown, or make changes to the address, then click 'Save'.
Step 3: Return to the order in Ave Tech and refresh the page. The shipping address will be updated.
Note: It can take a little time for the changes to make it to Ave Tech, so if you don't see them at first, simply wait a bit and refresh again.
