On Hand Inventory Orders

You've added quantities to your on hand inventory and now you've received an order. What's next?

When the order is received we will send you an email with the subject line, “Heads up! On hand items in shop order #12345”.

An additional email is sent when the order is processed with the subject line, “On hand items in order #’12345 require shipping”.

Ave will not be charging you or shipping anything out since the item is in your possession so we'll move the order to cancelled. Here is how the order will look in Ave Tech:

"All items ignored or pulled from on hand inventory."

If you go to the order items tab you will see a hand icon assigned to the item under the fulfilled column.

That's it! Ship to your customer and you're all set 👊🏻
