If an order doesn't sync over, what do I do?

I know, I know... Waiting is not a fun answer. πŸ˜… Hang in there with me on this one!

Sometimes Shopify will have delays in syncing orders over to us after the order has been placed by your customers. This can cause some concern when you can't see the order importing into Ave Tech and you're wanting to make sure we receive it.

Order syncing is rather quick on a normal day (A couple minutes give or take). If there is a technical issue over at Shopify, it might take a little longer to get to us.
It is usually just a delay and waiting a little while for Shopify to work its magic will pay off. If you need to talk it through with us, please send us a chat and we'd be happy to go over things with you.

If it doesn't end up syncing over after waiting, we'll help you figure it out! Send us a chat ASAP.
