We're thrilled to announce a long-awaited update that's now live and set to enhance your ordering experience. Here's what you need to know:

1. Mixed Orders Stay Put! No more cancellations for orders containing both in-stock and preorder items! πŸ™ŒπŸ» Your customer's can seamlessly mix and match these items without worry, as mixed orders will now smoothly flow through Ave Tech.

2. Smooth Processing for In-Stock Items In-stock items will be processed according to your settings. Whether it's immediate processing or within a specified hold period (24, 48, 60, or 72 hours), you have the control.

3. Pending Status for Preorder Items Preorder items will remain in a pending state until they are received and processed by our team.

4. Shipping Charges Aligned with Sub-Orders Shipping charges will be calculated and charged with each sub-order. This ensures accurate shipping costs based on the total items shipped and the weight of the order.

5. Mix and Match Preorders with Different ETAs Say goodbye to limitations! Preorders with different Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) can now be launched together. This flexibility allows us to offer a wider range of exciting preorder items.

Important Note: While this update streamlines mixed orders within Ave Tech, please remember that preorders placed on the wholesale site still require separate orders from regular in-stock items. This process involves more manual handling outside of Ave Tech. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

If you want to learn more about the preorder process, an expanded article is available to you here. And of course, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team through chat or email hello@theavenueshops.com.
